The annual membership fee is 400 CZK for the 2022-2023 school year. It gives the status of member and allows you to register for activities and other services of the CSC. The fee is invoiced on the first invoice of the year, along with your selected activities.

Invoices must be paid by the due date indicated. The CSC reserves the right to cancel your activities due to non-payment.

Refunds are only offered in cases of the family definitively leaving the Lycée or for medical reason, with a doctor\'s note.

The Director of the Primary School, the secretariat of the LFP and the teachers are provided with a list of children registered for CSC activities. Diligence, decorum and respect for internal school rules will be required of children participating in our activities. If these rules are not followed, the child will be excluded from the activity, without refund.

The CSC is at your disposal to answer all your questions concerning the precise organization of each activity.

In accordance with LFP regulations, parents are not permitted to remain on LFP premises during the activities, except for Saturday football.

The CSC will email parents if an activity is cancelled. Parents will have a choice to pick up their child after school or to have their child go to another activity.

If the activity is cancelled at the last minute, the children will be placed in other activities. Parents will always have the choice to come and pick up their children.

Primary school children are under supervision from the end of class until the beginning of the activity when the activity leader will collect them. At the end of the activity, the leader accompanies the children to the front gate of the school. Except in special cases, parents are not allowed to enter the school grounds to pickup their children.

Children are not allowed to leave the school alone without written permission from their parents. Please fill in the form under the Documents section.

Parents, or their registered delegate, must pick up their children on time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your child will be brought to the CSC office. Late pickups will be charged 400 CZK per child, which will be requested immediately when retrieving your child. If the late pick up fee is not paid by, at latest, the next day, your child won\'t be allowed to attend CSC activities until the fee is paid.

Beyond the scheduled end of the activity, the CSC is not responsible for your children.

Activity leaders are empowered by the CSC to take the first steps in the event of an accident.

If an accident or other incident occurs, the CSC will complete an Incident Report, which will be shared with all parties involved.
